FAQ's

     Shipping - The first question most people ask is "how much will shipping cost?" Shipping costs can vary substantially from region to region. With fairness and transparency in mind, I have set up our website to calculate shipping for every order as economically as possible. If I can ship your order for more than $1 less than you paid, I will refund you the difference. If you need something shipped overnight or next day, send me a note from the 'contact' page, and I will help you personally. 

     

     Local pickup - If you live in southeastern Pennsylvania, you can choose free local pick up at checkout. If you choose the Nottingham location, your order will be ready at my house in around 12 hours. If you choose the Ephrata pick up location, orders that I receive by noon on wednesday will be ready to go in Ephrata any time after 10:00 thursday morning.

   

     Why is everything 'by the half yard?' - It's very complicated to sell a fraction (or less than 1) of something! To make it possible for our customers to buy, for example, 3 and 1/2 yards of a fabric, the simple solution is to set the 'size' to a half of one yard. Therefore, if you wish to buy one yard, choose a quantity of 2 (at a half yard each) at checkout. For 2 yards, the 'quantity' you would need is 4. For 3 and 1/2 yards, choose a quantity of 7, etc. All cuts will be sent out as continuous pieces.

     Returns - As you probably know, fabric is prone to have blemishes or flaws, both in the weave or textile, as well as the print. I watch closely for blems, and will never knowingly send a flawed piece to a customer. However, I cannot promise to find every flaw, and when I do miss something, I will do whatever I can to make my customers satisfied. If you find a flaw, please contact me, and I will refund, return or replace as needed.
